members guests, hereby consent to the photographing of the
boat(s), its equipment, passengers, participants, anglers,
catch, etc., through the entire membership period. that
said photographs may be used by the clubs sponsor(s) in
promotional and advertising material in any way otherwise
not unlawful with consent of the vessel and persons
photographed is hereby acknowledged.
(Applicants
will not be refused for lack of consent to photograph and
the possible use of said photographs as described above.

RELEASE:
All
signatory to this document hereby agree and understand that
Mana-Sota Mako Owners Club, and it's Sponsor(s), acting as
the sponsor of any gathering, be it scheduled or not, do
fully release, indemnify and hold harmless Mana-Sota Mako
Owners Club, the Sponsor, from any negligence, contractual
and intentional tort liability caused by or the fault of
any person or entity. Mana-Sota Mako Owners Club, the
Sponsor, is hereby released from any responsibility
whatsoever for any decision, action or inaction of
applicants, members, boats or other participants. *
Parent/guardian must sign for any member under 18.
